I have replaced the stalk, but the issue has stayed the same. The screen wash pump also does not operate off the stalk switch. I cannot hear the pump running when I press the switches. The wipers start both on front and back. The 15V fuse in the glovebox is OK. Today I changed the pump with a new one, but it is still not working! The fan will blow the same. When you select where you want the air to blow, the only change is the vent doors open/close as appropriate. I'm guessing that the door deep in the dash got stuck and the cable has come off.
